Ingredients

  • 4–6 slices of pork belly, chicken breast or tofu
  • 4 cups of chicken broth
  • 2 cups of water
  • 4 cloves of garlic, chopped
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon of grated ginger
  • 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup of sliced mushrooms
  • 1 bok choy, cut in half
  • 1 cup of sliced spring onions
  • 1 sheet of nori, cut into small pieces
  • Sesame seeds

For the noodles

  • 100 g of flour per portion
  • 40 g of warm water
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 2 pinches of bicarbonate of soda
